These songs have all been written by Eileen Wattam (a.k.a. Eileen Alanna) during the lockdown and it was during these strange days that multi-talented Jason Hanson (band photographer for Fishing4Compliments 'Off The Isle Of Somewhere') expressed an interest in producing 'Every Sky'(Track 5) after spotting Eileen and Ashley debuting the song on Facebook. Prior to his suggestion Eileen had been pondering the idea of recording an EP featuring some of songs she had written to keep herself going and release emotions and feelings during these times but faced physical, technical and life challenges to working on the songs with her band at the same time as she fell in love with Jason’s production of the track and thus was born 'Colour In My View.' This EP presents Jason Hanson’s wonderful interpretation of Eileen’s songs and includes musical contributions from his family and friends, Jacob, Matt and Lucy. It is hoped that the songs will one day also feature within the live performances of Fishing4Compliments when the band is able to resume creating and working together.
